About return:
We have high quality standards to ensure that all products we ship are in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please request a return within 30 days after receiving the package, provided that the item is not artificially damaged/defective/stained/wrong/missing.
About paying for return shipping:
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Time allowed for order cancellation:
Under normal circumstances, we will process the order within 30 minutes after the customer places the order. If the customer needs to cancel the order, we support the customer to contact our customer service email to cancel the order within 30 minutes after placing the order.

Refund processing time:
1.he refund will be issued within 7 business days upon the receipt by our warehouse and verified the conditions of the items.
2. It normally takes one business day for the refund to appear on your biggmans wallet. The balance in your wallet could either be applied to your future purchases or withdrawn to your PayPal/bank account at any time.
3. It normally takes 1-3 working days for the refund to show in your PayPal (normally 48 hours ); 10-20 business days on your credit/debit card that depends on your financial institution.

About the refund amount:
We will offer full refund on all items that are returned back to us. (Excluding discounts and points which are non-refundable.)

1. Prizeds is not responsible for lost, missing or damaged packages in return transit. We suggest you contact shipping company for a claim.
2. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non- product and which didn't arrvied at our address correctly.
3. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
